Historique :	Objet collecté par Tsuguharu Léonard Foujita (1886-1958), représentatif de l'univers quotidien de l'artiste. Perruque de Kabuki présentée sur pied. Le Kabuki est l'une des formes de théâtre traditionnel et populaire du Japon. Cet art est né au XVIe siècle et associe la musique (ka), la danse (bu) et la scène (ki). Ce théâtre a pour caractéristique de n'être joué que par des hommes, y compris le rôles de femmes (onnagata). Les personnages sont répartis en deux catégories : les bons et les méchants au visage coloré de rouge. Le jeu de scène est très codifié : seul le japonais ancien est utilisé, ce qui rend les dialogues difficiles à suivre.
