Description :	Le pied est en argent et la coupe en vermeil. L'étui est en cuir. Sur le pied : une frise de feuillages, au-dessus une croix, décor de raisins et d'épis de blé alternés. Le nœud est décoré de palmettes et de feuillages. Sur la coupe : décor alterné de raisins et d'épis de blé dans des médaillons. Sur la patène : décor I. H. S. surmonté d'une croix, d'un coeur et de 3 clous. Etui de cuir doublé de tissu vert, décoré d'une croix de Malte.
