Description :	Pied décoré de 6 rosaces, au-dessus figure une croix dans des paysages et alternativement des épis de blé et des grappes de raisins. Sur la coupe : médaillons représentant une tête de Christ, la Vierge et saint Charles de Borromée. Sur la patène : I. H. S. dans une couronne dépines, un coeur et 3 clous. Le coffret est en bois de palissandre à filet de marqueterie de cotronnier doublé de velours vert avec poignées en bronze à décor de palmettes.
