Description :	Composition bien équilibrée, les personnages occupant tout l'avant plan et captant l'attention par les couleurs vives de leurs habits (le rouge éclatant de la dalmatique de Saint Vincent, la tunique rouge et l'étole bleue de Saint Mammès, le blanc de l'étoffe ceignant les reins de Saint Sébastien à droite, qui fait écho au blanc de la tunique de Saint Vincent à gauche), sur un fond bleu clair. L'attention est portée au travail des drapés, l'expression des visages et les mouvements souples des bras et des corps ; pas de détails parasites par rapport aux figures principales des trois saints, à l'exception de la serpette aux pieds de Saint Vincent.
