Description :	10 fauteuils à la d'Artois, 2 bergères, 1 canapé trois places en gondole. Sièges rembourrés de tissu soie brochée à fond bleu et fleurs. Dossiers arrondis. Accotoirs avec guirlandes, feuilles à la tête de l'accotoir. Pieds droits tournés en fuseau cannelé, fleurs sur les dés.

Historique :	Georges Jacob (1739 - 1814). Il fut reçu maître en 1765. Tenant du nouveau style aux lignes droites, il s'affirme comme le spécialiste des sièges. Il en allège la structure complexe. Il adopte le dossier ovale ou arrondi, encadré d'une bordure de bois ou le dossier en forme de lyre, voir de montgolfière. David ou Hubert Robert s'adressent à lui pour exécuter des meubles antiques. Toutes ces commandes sont bien connues grâce aux comptes et mémoires publiées par H. Lejoel. En utilisant l'acajou massif pour les sièges, il employait un bois et une technique réservés jusqu'ici aux ébénistes.
